Since September 27th and until February 1st at The Institut Culturel Bernard Magrez takeplace the exhibit “Expressions Urbaines : Street art, Graffiti & Lowbrow”.
With more than 80 works of street art and graffiti from three collections: gallery of the day Agnès b, Nicolas Laugero Lasserre, Spacejunk Art Centers, this exhibition brings together more than 30 French and foreign artists.
Seven of them will do in situ settings : Invader, Monkey Bird, Rouge, Jef Aerosol, Alber, Swoon et Rero.
The institut Bernard Magrez propose a retrospective of urban works since 1970.
The ambition of this exhibit is to show that urban arts come from multiple expressions and various techniques. To show that the street art can now enter in galleries and is undoubtedly part of contemporary art.
